Breakfast: 1 hot dog; 5 chicken nuggets; 1 cup of coffee
Lunch: 1 Japanese radish soup with chicken meatballs; 1/3 cups of green beans; 1/3 cups of eggplant; 1/3 cups of cabbage
Dinner: 1 large tomato; 2 tbsp. butter
Exercise: walk (3.7 miles/1 hour)
Feeling: confident about reaching my goal; keep moving forward
103.5 kg Lost so far: 16.5 kg.    Still to go: 33.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thank you for reading. I'm pretty happy about this weight drop since the stall has lasted longer than I'd expected. I tried to increase my calorie intake but if I ate more, I'd fall into a coma. Anyway, thank you so much!

I know you will reach your Summer goal. Steady and consistent effort will bring you there. I appreciate the time it takes to regain confidence after a stall. I had a two month semi- stall from mid-December until the end of Feb. I had injured my knee. (Torn meniscus). An infection set in and my knee became swollen. But , even more interesting, until the knee was treated and the swelling was abated....I couldn't retain even a small weight loss. Now that I have had my knee treated....weight loss started again.... Just keep coming here and post...HANG IN THERE! KETO ON FRIEND!

Wow, thanks for sharing your experience. I'm so impressed by you and so many people out here. You guys seem to stay positive and optimistic no matter what. By contrast, I could be upset just because the vase was moved an inch. I hope your body, health, and life keep getting better and better. I'll definitely keep coming here to absorb some positive vibes from you guys. I'm so grateful that I met you people here. I mean I'm not 100% changed but I'm surely calmer and happier than I used to.
