After a week of painting and decorating and half term I’ve totally gone off piste!!!! Today’s weigh in shows the consequences of this!
Decorating done for a week or two (daughters’ room next) so time to get back on plan.
Lessons learned for next time are :-
USE THE SLOW COOKER INSTEAD IF RESORTING TO THE TAKEAWAY MENUS 🙄🙄🙄
66.7 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Great idea to use the slow cooker when you're busy in the house. Takeaways are disastrous for putting on weight. I swear they stuff as many calories as they can into them!

I’m so cross with myself Doobrie!!!!! Soooo close to my goal weight 😩😩 Still it’s only 7lbs ...... two good weeks will hopefully shift it!!! Be blooming glad when the Easter Eggs have all gone too ..... you can imagine the amount in our house with 3 kids ..... far too tempting 😩😩 Hope you’re doing ok? X

I'm fine SairChew. The grandkids took all their Easter Eggs home without opening them so I didn't get any. However, I did buy a couple of small bags of Galaxy Golden Eggs and they had so much chocolate I kept them here. Having a sneaky couple every day when I get the urge for something sweet - lol! Not many calories. I'm so close to goal too but keep sabotaging myself. Not entirely my fault when hubby keeps wanting to go out for meals. Actually, I think HE may be trying to sabotage me as he doesn't want me to lose any more weight! Hmmm 🤔 . Don't panic about the increase, I'm sure it will soon come off 🙂

Glad you’re OK. I think it’s a good idea to keep something like that in that you can just have a little bit of now and again. I’ve never had a sweet tooth in my life so this is really new for me!!!! I would always chose a bag of crisps or a sausage roll over chocolate !!!! Thanks Doobrie, you always give such good, calm advice. 😊
