Considering what I have eaten this week, a pound on is not bad! Managed to stay away from chocolate but rather overdid the cheese so went slightly over calories but stayed on target with carbs! Just four weeks and three days until we go to Kefalonia, our special place! Not that I am counting or anything!
77.2 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

cheese is one of the things I've had to cut right down on. a bit with an apple or on some Quorn boloniase is when I have it.

Not bad at all Well done.. and not long to the holidays either.. my daughter was up snowdon on weds and came home with pictures of the snow.. Sunnier climes is definitely something to look forward to ☀️☀️☀️

Thank you Gaelicgal! It wasn't a good day on Wednesday for Snowdon certainly! We went to Llyn Dinas intending to walk around it, but the path was flooded with all the rain! And Jasmine I intend to cut my cheese consumption by at least half! Have a great weekend everyone;
