Morning everyone, and happy Easter to you all -
I’m happy with slight increase after 10 days off work and no gym either .. back on it ... but Maybe tomorrow tho after Easter break .. 🤔

84.9 kg Lost so far: 6.9 kg. Still to go: 0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Gaining 0.7 kg a Week
