Post workout. Broke my intermittent fast today with half a spatchcocked chicken, marinated in lemon, orange, and salt. Pulled out the fast and stuffed the skin with butter and spices. Put it on the pellet BBQ and roast it for an hour and a half. Add a cup of rice, 1 1/2 tbsp butter, 4 cups of salad, and 3 tbsp real Russian dressing. Not bad. Thinking about a grapefruit for dessert. Hmm. What should I have for supper tonight?
