晚餐:15顆櫻桃蕃茄;2大匙奶油
運動:健走(14公里/2小時)、伏地挺身(6x5下/10分鐘;6x5下/10分鐘)、滾輪(8x5下/10分鐘;8x5下/10分鐘)、仰臥起坐(25x2下/3分鐘;25x2下/3分鐘)
心得:今天吃太多了;在路上巧遇老朋友,覺得很開心;雖然沒怎麼聊,但看他很健康,且對生活滿意,就很足夠了

Lunch: 1 piece of fried chicken; 6 chicken nuggets; 8 Chinese dumplings; 2 cups of edamame
Dinner: 15 cherry tomatoes; 2 tbsp. butter
Exercise: walk (8.6 miles/1 hour); push-ups (6x5/10 minutes; 6x5/10 minutes); abs roller (8x5/10 minutes; 8x5/10 minutes); sit-ups (25x2/3 minutes; 25x2/3 minutes)
Thought: I might eat a little too much today
Feeling: happy when running into an old friend that I haven't seen for a long time; even though we didn't talk much, I am glad that he is healthy and content with his life
104 kg Lost so far: 16 kg.    Still to go: 34.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
