心得:今天吃太多了;在路上巧遇老朋友,覺得很開心;雖然沒怎麼聊,但看他很健康,且對生活滿意,就很足夠了

Thought: I might eat a little too much today
Feeling: happy when running into an old friend that I haven't seen for a long time; even though we didn't talk much, I am glad that he is healthy and content with his life
