Well lost the pound I put on last week so happy with that. Just 1.8 kilo to go to get to my goal!
76.8 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 0.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Pretty much Gaelicgal although it was almost Spring-like yesterday! So fed up with sleet, rain and the cold so let's hope it warms up soon!
