I’ve had a stomach bug for the last 24 hours so I fasted unwillingly but being miserably sick payed off this week!

I’m enclosing some pictures from the day I started till today... a 35 pound difference! I am so excited to be 10.8 pounds away from being in the 200’s again.

(Ugh never mind it wouldn’t load the pictures 🙄)
141.0 kg Lost so far: 15.5 kg.    Still to go: 52.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Be sure and drink water no matter how you react to it. If you look at my weight log, I got a tummy bug right after I joined FatSecret. Lost 8 lbs. then gained 4 back. Certainly gave me an unwanted kick-start I wouldn't wish on anybody! I was very close to waking my husband up to take me to the emergency room twice, but both times I was able to hydrate just enough to avoid the hospital.

Thanks ladies! Yes lots of water for me 😊 food is the only thing that wasn’t settling right in my tummy.
