I said I was gonna keep it clear so u know fluctuations are normal...I gained all this weight cause for many reasons. (I’ll post a pic of why 😉)
But watch it go down by Tuesday or Wednesday...but I actually don’t dislike this number 😏
55.5 kg Lost so far: 35.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
