Cannot understand why I have put a pound on! I have eaten the same number of calories, mostly the same meals, and usual walking schedule. Oh well, keep calm and carry on!
77.2 kg Lost so far: 3.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
