alhamdulillah! I'm so amazed I couldn't believe it. I honestly thought that I would not be able to go down to 74 so soon but here we are alhamdulillah I hope I lose the rest of the weight fairly easily and quickly as well ameen I haven't been doing an extremely strict protein diet but the overall calories are less and we have three more days in. hopefully everything works out well. alhamdulillah ya rabb!
