I undid a good days eating with late night snacking. I ate "Poorly" at 126% of goal and met all activity goals...
71.1 kg Lost so far: 12.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.8 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

What is one day of eating 126% compared to before when everyday was probably at _______% (for me 200% I don’t know I’m guessing)

I agree with you HCB...celebrate your life to enjoy it...just not everyday... that's where I get into trouble once fall is here every year.. I'm eating food like there is no tomorrow knowing the results in Jan will be a 20 lb gain...geez hope this year Ive learned something lol:)
