Being honest here😑
For about already 3-4 weeks having very stressful life😑
Although eating healthy, occasionally was overeating, never had time/motivation for food preps in advance, no gym at all.
Time to come back to myself and keep hitting my goal 🙌
64.4 kg Lost so far: 8 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Chin up, you’ll soon get back into it-I was like that before Christmas as I’d hurt my back and couldn’t train for a couple of weeks but since New Year I’ve been focused and am back to where I was before 👍
