Workouts: spin bike (9.3 miles/30 minutes); walk (2.23 mile/40 minutes)
Feeling: calm and peaceful

謝謝你,我也一直關注你喔。 其實我不想煮湯,喝得很膩。 這全是因為我在挑戰喝湯減肥法。 據說兩週會瘦五公斤,但我的體重不減反增。 不知這會不會只是日本節目的「企畫」。 總之,我決定放棄這個方法了。
