Yesterday was not a typical day. I fasted through breakfast and lunch. I ate a nutritionally balanced dinner but did not eat heavy. After dinner I went to the gym and got in a medium intensity workout. I drank a protein drink when I returned home. I ate under goal and met all activity goals...
70.4 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
