Thank you my friends. I am home again until March 11th when I head down to Florida and I plan to spend these 19 days working on getting the old bod into shape so I can wear a swimsuit again. I used to keep a food diary but I found that tough to do so I am simply going to do a partial fasting programme, eat "clean" otherwise and work on my self-discipline. e.g. today I am meeting a girlfriend for lunch and I will have only a bowl of soup which will hold me until dinner when I think veggies + some lean protein would be good.
