10st 5lb.
Not ideal. I think I’m panicking at flitting between one way of eating and another and I doubt this is doing me any good.
I look back at what I was eating at my lightest last year and it was lower in fat and higher in natural carbs like fruits etc lower in calories too than when I’m strictly low carb. I’m in a constant dilemma between low carb high fat / higher carb low fat! Ah well onwards and upwards ! 😊
65.8 kg Lost so far: 17.7 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Same for me. I was losing the most weight on lower in fat and higher in natural carbs. I need to get back to that.

Really? That’s interesting and I think I should do the same. I avoid most fruit and certain veg and I’m heavy on protein and fats but looking back to last summer I was eating more fruit and very little fat at all and I was at an all time low weight wise! I think we should get on it! 😊
