午餐:2個肉醬生酮薄餅、0.5碗肉醬
晚餐:0.5碗蘆筍與蘑菇、1根烤棒腿、1口魚、1顆干貝、1口蛋、2片滷豬肉、3尾蝦子、5小片烏魚子、1小瓶氣泡酒
運動:室內腳踏車(16公里/30分鐘)
心得:很開心我媽讓我準備年菜,看到自己做的菜擺在桌上很有成就感

Breakfast: 0.5 pieces of mocha cheesecake; 1 keto muffin; 1 sausage
Lunch: 2 keto crepe with meat filling; 0.5 cups of tomato pâte
Dinner: 0.5 cups of asparagus and mushrooms; 1 drumstick; 1 tablespoon of fish; 1 scallop; 1 tablespoon of egg; 2 slices of pork; 3 prawns; 5 small pieces of mullet roe; 1 bottle of sparkling wine (500 ml)
Workouts: spin bike (10.2 miles/30 min)
Feeling: glad that my mom allowed me to prepare the Chinese New Year dinner this year; a great sense of achievement when seeing all the dishes I made
