There we go. That matches what I thought my deficiency was over the last couple weeks. Day of travel today. 1 restaurant and one donut planned before I get home this evening. Will still be under calories with evening meal.

93.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 6.1 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
