Yeah, well... loss of water looks great. That's actually about a 3 oz loss from last low weight. Relax. Is slow and inconsistent for almost everyone.

At this point, I would welcome a water loss or any loss....you are doing great....so far, I am snacking my way through the olympics....so not good:-(
