Good to see a slight drop this week as I have been very strict with myself regarding the exercise. Diet isn't usually a problem as it has become second nature to me now, but when not working it is sometimes difficult to ensure that the exercise is kept up.
55 kg Lost so far: 13 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
