I got in a medium intensity workout yesterday. I would have eaten under goal yesterday but last night I felt different so I checked my BS and it had dropped very low and I felt it best to eat a late night snack. I totaled eating at 115% of goal and met all activity goals...
70.9 kg Lost so far: 13.0 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
