not entirely sure how. I have eaten some naughty meals but not too exessives. not much sleep doesn't help. back to be trying to eat good balanced diet :( hate my scales
85.8 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

thanks I do feel like I've had a bug loads of pain and bloating some days look 6 months pregnant. extra hungry then feeling sick. hope passes. food shop done yesterday will help with next week to stay on track thank you so much for reply

AM it can happen, especially if your body has it in for you because you're dieting. Mine was very contrary at the beginning and had snide digs at me too. Think Phooks has it right though, some weeks it can just be a conflagration of stuff. Next week will be better.

if you tracked all your consumption then you stepped up and succeeded regardless of scales.
