I have been exercising and eating pretty well and I still gained a pound. Part of the problem is that I have not been eating too much during the day and then filling up my dance card with late night calories. I just have to keep doing all the good things I have been doing and things will turn around.
72.6 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
