心得:非常羞愧,自己因為低潮假裝不在意地震發生的事,甚至以為他們再苦也沒我苦(真的很白目)。人生失意總是難免,但絕不可遷怒他人。我真心為這次的地震感到難過,並希望災民和大家今年能夠平安。我相信我能做得更好。另外,今天也很深受美國新思潮運動領袖克里斯蒂安拉森的一句話感動:「相信你自己和你的一切,你的心中有一股比任何障礙都要強大的力量。」我相信我有這股力量。我相信每個人都有這股力量。

Breakfast: 4 chocolate keto pancakes; 1 sausage
Lunch: 3 small fish cakes; 1 serving of buttery green beans and enoki mushrooms
Dinner: 1 serving of spiced chicken and vegetables
Workouts: spin bike (10.2 miles/30 minutes); walking (2.02 miles/36 minutes)
Feeling: very ashamed that I pretended the earthquake happening in Taiwan two days ago has nothing to do with me, thinking that even those victims were better off than I was. (I admit that I was extremely foolish.) What I've realised is that frustrations are part of our life but it doesn't mean we can project our anger on others. I am truly sorry for those affected by this catastrophic earthquake and pray that everyone can live in peace this year and the days to come. I believe I'm better than comparing myself with the victims (or anyone else) and am also profoundly inspired by what the American New Thought leader Christian D. Lawson once said, 'Believe in yourself and all that you are. Know that there is something inside you that is greater than any obstacle.' I believe that I have the strength and everyone else has it, too.
