I ate and drank more junk carbs than usual. I was below my calorie goal until late night. Then I ruined a good days work. I know that late night is the worst time to eat outside of plan. I ate "Reasonably Well" at 114% of goal and hit activity goals...
71.4 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
