Early weigh in as I'm away for the long weekend to celebrate my father's in law 70th. Today marks 2 months since I have stopped smoking 😊 so happy I did it! I did full week of boxing classes (3 sessions ) and every muscle in my body aches 😂😂 3 more weeks to go and I hope my stamina builds up soon. no loss but I expected this as I had a terrible Sunday after my last week's weigh in so this is not a problem. .. I will try to minimise the damage of the weekend celebrations but it will definitely be high calorie weekend. Have a great week ahead guys!
85.5 kg Lost so far: 30.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

ok this weekend away is turning out to be much worse than I expected 😂😅 back tomorrow and straight to my class... will definitely need it to burn off all this rubbish I ate!

Jersey_di1 your doing fabulous and with them boxing classes your doing, you will easily burn it off. You must be seeing inches dropping off with the workout sessions and I bet your toning up nicely! Good going on giving up smoking and not putting on weight coz normally people give up smoking and gain weight so well done you. 👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Thanks Bubblegum xxx yes it's strange to see how my body is changing with the exercise . it's different than when you just loose it by limiting calories alone. my belly is shrinking faster and my legs are toning too so I am very pleased as now I'm on next stage where I don't just want to loose weight but also tone 😊 I did put on weight after stopping smoking but I'm over that now and ready to move forward. I'm back and straight to gym today to burn off as much as I can from the weekend binge 😂😂
