心得:最近心情不是普通的負面,真希望能夠開朗一點

Breakfast: 3 keto pancakes
Lunch: 1 baked milkfish; 1 serving of baked vegetables
Dinner: 1 baked milkfish; 1 banana
Drinks: 1 cup of black coffee
Workouts: spin bike (6.2 miles/20 minutes; 6.2 miles/20 minutes)
Feeling: extremely depressed and hoping that I can get well soon
112.8 kg Lost so far: 7.2 kg.    Still to go: 42.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
