OOPS!!!! A wonderful 16 day cruise with my lovely "boy"friend and I am up 3 pounds. Back to work on the diet with now 6 pounds to go. It was worth it though.

66.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 2.7 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.

Gaining 0.3 kg a Week
