 I have a dress I need to fit into in a week's time...Does anyone have any short term loss idea's?
72.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Concentrate on that - the dress and don’t snack on any naughty foods, eat sensibly on lean proteins and minimum carbs, drink lots of water and believe in yourself!

If you want a quick solution you could always try the military diet. However this is not a good diet for keeping the weight off.... I agree with Kimberly, no snaking, higher protein meals and lots of water.

water with splash of lemon juice. when hungry, 4 eggs scrambled or a protein shake plus multivit pill. as much salad as you like, no oil just apple Cider vinegar.
