晚餐:1份甜不辣、0.5份炸魷魚、0.5份豬血糕
飲料:2杯無糖咖啡
運動:室內腳踏車(14公里/30分鐘、14.4公里/30分鐘、7.4公里/15分鐘)
心得:阿姨一直買鹽酥雞過來給我吃,有點困擾,明確交代不要買了。明天鐵定會拒絕。我知道阿姨是出於好意,但我真的得對這些容易發胖的食物說「不」!

Breakfast: 5 meatballs; 1 buttery green beans; 1 buttery sweet peas; 1 cup of milk
Lunch: 1 steamed fish; 1 buttery green beans; 1 buttery sweet peas
Dinner: 1 serving of tempura; 0.5 servings of fried squid; 0.5 servings of fried pig blood cakes
Drinks: 2 cups of black coffee
Workouts: spin bike (8.7 miles/30 minutes; 8.9 miles/30 minutes; 4.6 miles/15 minutes)
Feeling: annoyed that my aunt kept buying fried food and told me to eat it. Already told her not to buy it and made it very clear to her that I would turn down the next time. I know she is a good, generous aunt, but I really have to say NO to those fatty foods.
113.5 kg Lost so far: 6.5 kg.    Still to go: 43.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

如果挑著吃呢? 雞皮吃50元也沒關係 雞排薄皮可以吃 但薯條米血甜不辣就NG
