晚餐:1隻雞腿、1份奶油四季豆和金針菇、1份燻鮭魚沙拉佐酸奶油
運動:室內腳踏車(8.7公里/19分鐘)
心得:有點黯淡,外面一直下雨

Body fat: 34.5 (-0.4)
Breakfast: 3 tofu meatballs; 1 serving of buttery green beans with enoki mushrooms; 1 fried egg, 1.5 cups of rice
Dinner: 1 fried chicken thigh; 1 serving of buttery green beans with enoki mushrooms; 1 smoked salmon salad with romaine lettuce and sour cream dressing
Workouts: spin bike (5.45 miles/19 minutes)
Feeling: a bit gloomy about the rainy day
114.5 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 44.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
