I got in a medium intensity workout at the gym. I'm getting closer to using pre-holiday levels of resistance when training. I ate under goal and hit all activity goals...
72.0 kg Lost so far: 11.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
