運動:健走 (3.9公里/38分鐘)
心得:很開心,感覺自己每天都有進步

Breakfast: 1 serving of tofu salad; 1 cup of chicken soup; 1 cup of coffee
Lunch: 3 tofu meatballs; 2 tofu burger patties; 1 large tomato; 1 cup of romaine lettuce with sour cream dressing
Dinner: 1 cup of grass jelly
Workouts: walking (2.44 mile/38 minutes)
Feeling: happy to see that I'm making progress every day
