Funny day yesterday. Went out for a meal at Frankie and Benny's, followed low fat menu + a little garlic bread BUT ate very little else all day.
88.7 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 28.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
