心得:真開心,體重和體脂都下降了

Body fat: 36.4 (-0.4)
Brunch: 10 steamed dumplings and steamed eggplant with butter
Dinner: 1 large bowl of chirashi sushi
Workouts: walking (1.87 mile/36 minutes) and spin bike (3.90 miles/15 minutes)
Feeling: happy on seeing my weight and body fat percentage go down
116.4 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 46.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
