Don't be fooled by the little drop in the scale.

15K steps yesterday and moved 6,550 lbs in a flat dumbbell bench press session to end the day.

I also averaged 31.96 net carbs in the last 7 days. The best has yet to come.

Onwards.

The picture is from my living room window. Life is good.

I am doing well also. Carbs are between 30 to 40. Fat is higher, with protein coming in second. Making slow and steady progress. Love the view.

Thanks all. Had to take a day off to deal with some local issues. May not get in a gazillion steps today, however I can keep bad carbs from going into my pie hole. There I said it.
