I do OMAD whenever I go out for meals with friends or family. Gotta have some kind of social life and the one meal is usually sufficient and I don't feel guilty when I do it.

I make that meal out my ‘biggest meal’ and only try for protein shake snacks to take meds with the test of the time. 🙋🏻It helps with control when you are sitting and socialising!🤷🏻♀️

it does sound like a good plan!I have heard and read that OMAD is what we should strive for i believe it was Dr. Burg that suggest it. I think its a great idea!
