11st 1.7 Fat machine still broken. I knew I'd regret weighing today but hoped it might at least nudge me. And I did put some biscuits back in a shop today so that's a start!
70.6 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
