I ate under goal yesterday for the first time since the beginning of the holidays. I met all activity goals. I haven't been to the gym this year. I'm looking forward to restarting resistance training...
71.8 kg Lost so far: 12.1 kg.    Still to go: 1.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
