It's starting to get interesting as the holiday approaches. We have family in from out of town. Treats are flowing all over the house. I think we have every chocolate Christmas candy made. In accordance with our family tradition we are making Egg Nog tonight. From there on the festivities will have officially started. I will continue to log the good, bad and delicious. Yesterday I ate at 119% of goal and hit all activity goals...
