I ate poorly yesterday. I was shooting for eating "Reasonably Well" but that late night fist full of pecans took me over goal for the day. I hit all activity goals...
70.4 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
