Mercy, what a wonderful Thanksgivings holiday!!! Yesterday's dinner was a repeat of Thursday's but without the deserts. I ate at 104% of goal. I didn't try to make it to the gym even though it would have been a good move. I did manage to hit all my activity goals for the day.

I have been in maintenance mode for awhile now. My focus is shifting from weight loss or simply maintaining my weight to fitness. I have really enjoyed the community here. Everyone is so supportive and I love the food data base. I hope my encouragement has helped someone. I have no intention to stop logging my food intake, weight and etc. I really think it works and is the key to everyone's success. I'm starting to check out some other apps that may fit my needs a little better...
70.7 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
