Thanksgivings was wonderful. My sister, her adult children and my Grand Nephew visited from different parts of the country. We had a feast and the food was delicious. I hope everyone here enjoyed the day. My weight is a little up this morning but manageable. I ate at 126% of goal and hit all activity goals...
