Yesterday I ate under goal again and for the first time since Oct. 25th my weight is under my set goal weight. It's been a few days since I hit the gym. It would be a good thing if I could keep my weight down with Thanksgivings Day around the corner. We got this!!!
69.6 kg Lost so far: 14.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
