It’s hard to know that I’m adding 100 calories to my daily intake...like I️ can’t stop stressing about it...I’m fearing I’ll gain all my weight back. I️ was eating an average of 1600 a day...now 1700 calories a day
57.6 kg Lost so far: 33.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
