I'm still working on my "Honey Do" list. I will be glad when Thanksgivings Day gets here. After I finish my chores today, I hope to make it to the gym. Body fat is down according to my calipers. I like what I'm seeing in the mirror. Things seem to be going in the right direction. Yesterday I ate at 101% of goal with no midnight snacks. We can do this if we keep trying!!!
70.7 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
