As I predicted yesterday morning, I ended up eating two meals out of three meals of fast food. It wasn't very nourishing but I did eat way under my calorie goal for the day. IMO, micros aid in eating healthy. Cutting calories aids in loosing weight. Eating within my calorie goals while maintaining good nutrition works best for me.

I won't have time to make it to the gym today. I'm still working my way through my "Pre-holiday Honey Do" list. I also have a rehearsal tonight that will last until late. Let's eat to live today!!!
70.4 kg Lost so far: 13.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Agreed John, if possible healthy food choices are best, otherwise restraint and diet awareness are a great combo to keep on track!! Hope your rehearsal goes well
