I started a low carb way of eating in April 2017 and the weight has been dropping off. I work out 6 days a week and am leaner,fitter and stronger. I even run a support group on facebook,didislim weight management and mentor others.
66.7 kg Lost so far: 14.3 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I've been on low carb (keto) for just over five months now and have had arthritis the whole of my adult life and after 24 years my inflammation in the joints has completely disappeared. On day four it went. I've lost 21lbs now and eating so much good food and never feel hungry. So well done Beedipre. Low carb all the way. :)
