hi,its been a good week ,2kg loss again .i am happy with this ,i am finding it so good using this fatsecret site ,makes calorie counting so easy .we well its treat day today so i am aiming for about 3000 cals to boost my metabolism ,everybody keep your good work up and it pays off in the end ,i focus on a holiday in the sun sitting around the pool to motivate me ,:)

hi , loving it ,feeling fitter and healthy ,i let my self go over the last 5 years with depression ,alcohol and food for comfort but thats behind me ,i look forward to each day now and the weigh day ,gives me a buzz loosing the weight ,thank you ,your ,support is a real big help :)
